Salad: lettuce, cherry tomatoes, banana peppers, olives, Greek dressing
Skewers: basil, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, balsamic
Spinach lasagna rolls: drain spinach well. Mix I small container of ricotta cheese, one egg, one bag of Italian cheese shredded blend, salt and pepper.
Cook noodles. Dry. Place spinach mixture on noodle and roll.
Topping sauce: ground beer, Italian seasoning, garlic, fresh herbs and tomatoes. Spread on top of noodles.
Bake 350 for 45 minutes
