Piled high steak sandwiches for lunch with my husband. Grilled rare flank steak marinated in lemon, basil, thyme, oil, paprika, onion, salt and pepper. Homemade aioli with basil, pepper, paprika and shallot. Grilled ciabatta (grilled in pan drippings of course), greens and tomato. This was almost too good! And delightfully messy!
