Pad Gra Prow, or Thai Basil Beef.
Coat thinly sliced beef in cornstarch and olive oil. Sauté until just browned. Remove from skillet.
In the same pan, sauté garlic, sliced red pepper, and sliced scallions. Add thinly sliced onion. Sauté until browned and caramelized.
Add beef back to the skillet. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir to coat everything in the sauce. Add Thai basil to the skillet and gently stir until just wilted. Serve over rice with sliced scallions for garnish.
