Good shrimp doesn't need much, but it needs a little something. I tossed these gorgeous, wild Gulf shrimp in the same champagne mustard vinaigrette I used to dress the simple green salad I served them with. Pro tip: leave the shell on, but slit down the top and remove the vein before tossing with the vinaigrette. Only marinate the shrimp in the vinaigrette a few minutes (up to 30) before placing on a hot grill. For these 16-20 count shrimp, it only took 4 minutes, about 2 minutes on each side. Peel soon after taking off the grill. Don't overcook or the shrimp will be tough and rubbery. #notarecipe #shrimp #salad
