Modified a Blue Apron recipe instructions. Toss purple potatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper. Broil on high for 5 minutes each side. Then add shishito peppers to the potatoes and broil for 3 minutes. Add to a bowl. Sauté corn, garlic, shallots, in olive oil, salt, pepper for 5 minutes on medium high heat. Add to bowl of potatoes. Sear pacific cod in olive oil and butter on medium high for 3 minutes each side, add sherry vinegar. Add sauce from the pan to the vegetables. Serve and enjoy!
