Lacto-fermentation is a great way to preserve vegetables and citrus! The beans were picked, washed and stuffed straight into a jar in the raw (not blanched) with whole garlic cloves and spices. They keep for months in cool storage to enjoy through the year. Place in the fridge after opening.
