Simple #vegan #basil #pesto made by blitzing in a blender (I used my #vitamix) or food processor: 1 large bunch #basil a few good glugs extra virgin #oliveoil a squeeze of fresh #lemon (and some #zest if you're ambitious!) a few whole smashed #garlic cloves, small handful toasted #nuts or #seeds (#pinenuts #walnuts and #pepitas all work, just make sure to fresh toast raw, unsalted!) then a pinch #seasalt and for cheesy flavor...few good pinches nutritional yeast! Store in airtight jar in fridge for up to 1 week!
