Quinoa pasta with cooling yogurt watercress sauce: in blender combine (for 1 serving) 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, juice half lemon (roughly), small clove minced garlic, 1 or 2 tbsp watercress, glug of olive oil, dash of salt, spoon or two of pasta water. Blend and pour over pasta!
