It's hot. Too hot to cook and my book is too good to put down. This mediterranean-style salad is the answer with cool cucumbers and fresh mint. Even better with toasted pita and chilled rosé.

Salad: Radish, cucumber, tomato, scallions, fresh mint & parsley, feta.
Dressing: lemon, olive oil, za'atar, salt & pepper.
