Baozi with leftover Korean braised chicken:
Combine yeast, warm milk, a little sugar, and salt. Let sit. Measure out flour. Add flour. Mix and knead dough. Let rise. Measure out golf ball size dough pieces. Stuff dough with leftover chicken. Steam for 15-20 minutes.
