Yummy salmon, rice and asparagus foil bake. Swirl instant white rice with warm water and spoon on to foil, draining the water as you spoon by tipping the spoon on the side of the pot. Place salmon on top and cover is salt, pepper, sundries tomato pesto and minced garlic. Place two or three thyme sprigs on top and flank with chopped asparagus. Drizzle some olive oil on top and wrap up in foil. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. So nourishing, and can easily be done on the grill with heavy duty foil.
