Cauliflower soup-- cook cauliflower in a quart of low fat milk seasoned with chicken bouillon cube, 2cloves crushed garlic, bay leaves, fresh thyme, s & p brought to slight boil then simmer low for 40 min. Sautéed on large onion till softened added to pot. I like texture so I only used potatoe masher to thin. Made roux of butter and flower to thicken! Cheap and delish!!
