Mix Greek yogurt with any kind of liquid syrup/sweetener (I used caramel sauce made from reducing pear poaching liquid)… chill in fridge… whip cream with vanilla extract and a touch of sweetener (I used swerve)… fold whipped cream into yogurt until mixed but still a little swirly… chill 20-30 min… drizzle with syrup… top with crushed cookies (I used my fav Biscoff aka speculoos) and whipped cream
