Oven roast a bunch of quartered baby red potatoes with olive oil, S and P, and add chopped asparagus when the spuds are nearly crispy. Make dressing of Dijon mustard, honey, and equal parts white wine vinegar and olive oil. Throw an over easy egg, more S and P, and some parsley over the top.
