Collard Greens & Cheese Grits

Cook grits according to package directions. While grits are cooking stir in julienned collard greens. Add shredded cheddar or Gouda cheese, minced garlic & sea salt. Top with poached egg, sliced tomato, teaspoon of spirulina & hemp seed (optional).
