Food52er Melissa reminded us that the time is now to capture all the good tomatoes. For example: Slow roast halved little tomatoes with fresh garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper for 2 to 3 hours at 225 degrees F. Put them on pastas and other grainy bowls, crostini, eggs, sautéed zucchini! What else?
