Sometimes I feel like my ingredients just kind of tell me what to do with them. Cherry tomatoes with shallots, thyme sprigs, olive oil, salt, and pepper in the oven at 450° for 30ish minutes until they start to get jammy. Then, nestle some salmon fillets in the middle, seasoned with salt, pepper, a bit more oil and some dill laid on top. Roast in the tomato juices, spooning a bit over top, for 10 more minutes.
