Take some raw tuna and marinate it in 1 spoon of mirin, 2 spoons of soy sauce, some grated ginger, if desired some brown sugar, and a spoon of sesame oil. Let sit and add some sesame seeds just before serving. Cut up remaining vegetables in the fridge (I used avocado, tomatoes and baby asparagus and baby spinach) and arrange on a plate. Add the tuna and a poached egg and dinner will be ready in less than 15 minutes!
