Started with the blueberry oatmeal crumb bars recipe on Averie Cooks, but made a few swaps from there. Coconut oil and white whole wheat flour in the base, and cut back the sugar. Added shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and King Arthur speculaas spice to the topping. Baked at 350 in my counter top toaster oven because it was waaaay too hot to turn on the oven, and they came out great!
