I spent a lazy Sunday trying my hand at Chicken Tikka Masala. It turned out great but it was definitely on the spicy side. I cooked up the chicken in one pan while combining garlic, ginger, yellow onion, coconut milk, tomato sauce, cayenne pepper, chili powder, garam masala, salt, and pepper in another. I then added the chicken to the sauce and served it over basmati rice with whole wheat naan.
