I started cooking my steaks sous vide. While it is a two step process the first step is unattended. These are pub steaks/chuck steaks which can be chewy but sous vide them at 120F for 5 hours, grill them over high heat and quickly, and the are very tender, a perfect medium rare and delicious. Of course, roasted garlic, mustard, and parsley butter doesn't hurt. #sousvide #steak #f52grams #picoftheday #instafood #compoundbutter
