Our creative director Kristen likes to push the bounds of a one-pan lunch: here, it's savory challah French toast with pesto, fried egg, yellow summer squash. How to make it: soak dried out, slightly smushed slices of challah in a batter of eggs, whole milk, and leftover pesto. Fry in butter in a big cast iron skillet, scoot to the side, add some sliced summer squash, scoot, drop in a fried egg. Serve it all with an extra dollop of pesto.
