BBQ Ribs:
(sauce) ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, chili, cloves, beef stock

(ribs) bring sauce to boil and then simmer ribs in sauce for 20 mins. Put ribs on roasting rack and roast for 30 mins, basting at the beginning and again every 10 minutes. As ribs bake, keep reducing sauce down until thick. Once ribs are done, slice and baste each each individual rib with the thickened sauce.
