Nectarines and sweet biscuits...summer stone fruit reigns! I use a savory drop biscuit dough and add brown sugar and more milk and melted butter than usual to make a cake like dough. Used an enamel casserole dish and poured in the batter and added sliced nectarines on top. Topped the nectarines with a bit of melted apricot jam and baked at 375F for about 30 minutes. Now I've realized I need vanilla ice cream!
