Harvest vegetable, thyme & Gruyere quiche!
sauté 4 slices bacon until crisp, remove, add sliced onions, corn, zucchini, chard and sauté until soft. Whisk together 3 eggs, 1.5 cups half-half, salt, pepper and a generous bunch of minced fresh thyme. Stir in vegetables, a cup (or more) grated Gruyere. Pour into all-butter pie crust. Bake (375 for 30-40min). Restrain yourself for an hour to let cool before digging in!
