Use Smitten Kitchen's challah recipe (yeast, water, flour, salt, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil), top with egg wash and everything spice (sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic flakes, onion flakes, black pepper, flaky sea salt), bake at 375 for about half an hour.
