Our go-to dinner: my version of chicken piccata. Thin slices chicken breast (flour, salt and pepper, paprika, oregano, thyme), with a sauce of capers, lemon juice, white wine, a bit of chicken stock, and beurre manié (butter and flour mixed to a paste with your fingers) to thicken. Sautéed green beans on the side, simply seasoned with salt and pepper.
