This shaved raw Brussels sprouts salad from Oaktowngirl was inspired by a Food52 staffer's recent raw broccoli salad.

Slice the sprouts in a food processor, add sliced toasted almonds, bits of pecorino, blue cheese, and toss with a vinaigrette made of champagne vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and bit of sugar, plus salt and pepper to taste. Would not be sad to add bacon and dates.
