I realize this photographs horribly 😝 but it was too good not to share! Braised leeks, garlic and sweet corn in the pan. Roasted butternut squash in the slow cooker all day (because I'm lazy). Add everything and pineapple sage, basil, purple basil and sage plus salt, a little squeeze of lemon and about a cup of bone broth I made earlier this week (also in the slow cooker!) into the blender. I torn chunks of rotisserie chicken and added to the top. Delish!
