Sous vide skirt steak with a coffee-chili run! Simply rub with salt, pepper, ground coffee and Korean chili flakes. Put in a bag with a little bit of olive oil, seal, and sous vide at 132 for 7-8 hours, then remove from the bag and sear until crispy. Serve with some boxes baked potatoes and sautéed onions and jalapeños
