A sped-up version of a Food 52 fave. Chopped garlic cooked in butter & olive oil, add 3 cans chick peas, diced onion, chopped tomatoes (big ones & grape ones), a shot glass of red wine vinegar, capers. Let simmer & a big handful of chopped basil before serving. Top with feta & a slice of sourdough skillet-toasted in butter.
