Make two slightly overcooked sunny side up eggs (not too runny! Season with salt and pepper.
Wipe out pan. Melt butter. Toast both sides of cut English Muffin (doing cut side down first) until butter and toasted. Right after flipping, top the bottoms (cut side up) with a slice of cheese. Doesn't need to be fancy - Kraft Singles is fine!
Cover and cook until melted. Remove from pan.
Add a tomato (seasoned with S&P) on top of the cheese. Top with egg. And then the top half of the muffin wrap in foil. Enjoy!
