Cold Asian Noodle Salad

Soba noodles
Fresh veggies of choice (pictured: cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, corn, & shiitake mushrooms)
Soy sauce
Rice vinegar
Sesame oil
Fish sauce
Sriracha
Sesame seeds

Quantity of each item can be adjusted to personal taste and servings needed. If you like it salty, add more soy sauce. If you like it bright & acidic, add more rice vinegar. If you like it spicy, add more sriracha or substitute sambal oelek or gochujang.
