Hi! I usually cook agar different ways depend on how hard I want the agar to be. For this one, since it had a soft flan inside, I made hard agar. Mixe 25g of agar with 120g sugar, dissolve in 8 cups of water. Cook it on medium heat and keep it boiled for 10min. Divided the agar into 2 portions, then add coffee or milk into each. After this step, you can start pouring layers of agar into the mould. It usually takes about 10-15min for agar to harden. After 2 or 3 layers of agar, put a flan into the mould, and pour hot agar over it.
