#lowfodmap mussels: sautee fennel in olive oil. add white wine + tomatoes + thyme + s/p; boil. add mussels and lid. steam four minutes. remove mussels and add a load of chopped fresh chives, parsley + tarragon + butter. toss mussels back in, serve with gf bread and you're almost french.
