Penne with brown butter, sage & corn

While a box of penne boils away...

Sauté two handfuls of sage leaves in a few tablespoons of butter. When the butter starts to brown and the leaves begin to crisp, add the kernels from two cobs of corn and sauté for a minute or two more. Salt. Pepper. Drain the penne and toss it in with 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Cook for a minute. Sprinkle in half cup or so of grated parmesan. Eat!
