Boil small scrubbed organic potatoes in salted water, halve. Steam green asparagus shortly and cut in chunks. Let both cool slightly. In a small food processor, mix 2 tbsp of soft blue cheese with 3 tbsp of sour cream, dollop on the potato and asparagus and sprinkle it all with toasted seeds and pomegranate.
