A healthier take on caramel corn---Maple Peanut Butter Popcorn! Pop about 6 cups of popcorn and toss with a half cup of maple syrup (boiled for about 3 minutes), 3 tablespoons of peanut butter (crunchy is great), vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to taste. Bake until the coating begins to set, about 6 minutes. Serve (trying not to eat the whole thing yourself!)
