Cold Korean ramen noodles with kimchi, cucumber, and basil. While instant ramen cooks, mix gochujang sauce with a bit of sesame oil and rice vinegar until thinned out to your liking. Cool finished noodles in an ice bath, and toss with chopped cucumber and kimchi. Mix in sauce and top with basil and sesame seeds.
