Sautéed sliced onion and kale in rice vinegar with salt and pepper. Had some leftover fried tofu that I tossed in a pan with some soy sauce and balsamic vinegar to heat it up and add a bit of flavor, then combined in a bowl with kale, chopped cucumber, kimchi, and a bit of tahini-miso dressing. Topped with toasted sesame seeds.
