Tuscan Burger

Chuck/brisket blend seasoned with sea salt cured rosemary on home-made rosemary focaccia, basil aioli with a dash of serrano pickle juice, frico and chopped red swiss chard

Made using the "Classic Smashed Burgers" recipe from J. Kenji Lopez-Alt. The only additional step is to coat the bottom of the burger with melted butter on the bottom just before smashing.

Best if you can grind your own meat.
