Andalusia knows breakfast -- toasted homemade bread topped with generous amounts of olive oil & grated ripe tomatoes. If It were possible in the states, this would include lots of jamón ibérico and be eaten as a sandwich alongside café con leche. However, a simple blend of thyme, rosemary, sage, marjoram, oregano + s&p will have to suffice. Good morning!

it really is a great breakfast! i should just say that catalonia, not andalusia, is credited for what is called "pa amb tomata." (bread with tomato in Catalan) This may not be important outside of the iberian penninsula, but for the catalans, it's like their national food.
