I had way too many local apples, so I experimented and ended up with these healthy and delicious breakfast cookies! Chop up 3 small apples and 3 overripe bananas, add roughly 3 cups of oats, lots of cinnamon and a good hunk of butter and mix thoroughly. I added 2 tbsp flax powder as well. Break up into clusters and bake on well greased pans at 350 for 15ish minutes.
