Cinnamon raisin French toast stuffed with pears and Gruyere cheese. Sandwich shredded Gruyere and ripe, peeled and sliced pears between two pieces of cinnamon raisin bread. Dip in mixture of egg, milk and vanilla extract and cook in non stick pan. Remove and spread with salted butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with leftover pear slices.
