Passion fruit and strawberry jam adapted from David Lebovitz's strawberry jam recipe. When I was just shy of the proper amount of berries, I added in the pulp (seeds and all!) to the jam and it has the most wonderful tart and sweet flavor. I reduce my jams quite a bit so it's quite firm and has a really rich flavor. Don't reduce the sugar--it won't keep long at all. Believe me, I've tried!
