Bbq lamb shanks
Rub them in spice, olive oil, origanum and lemon. Throw them into a foil cooking tray with quartered potatoes and onions, add butter and garlic. Cover and seal with foil. Put it in the Weber for 3 to 4 hours.
Open up and brown the shanks over the coals.
Enjoy with a salad or whatever veg you like.
