Slow roasted crispy pork belly
2 lbs pork belly covered in salt, pepper, paprika. Wrapped and baked low and slow 200 degrees F for 6 hours. Cooled and refrigerated overnight then scored the top fatty layer and pan-seared until warmed, seansoned with more salt and pepper.
