Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs:
Slice hard boiled eggs in half and add yolk to large bowl, and mash with a fork. Add in flaked smoked salmon, olive oil mayo, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, prepared Jalapeño relish, Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, smoked paprika, chopped cilantro, chopped dill, lemon juice and chopped bacon. Mix thoroughly and put into piping bag and fill up egg whites. Garnish with chopped parsley, Old Bay and smoked paprika.
