I made this panade by tossing torn leftover garlic bread, leftover sautéed kale and onions, chopped celery, and ground turkey in a big bowl. I seasoned it with lots dried sage, black pepper, and a few spoonfuls of grated parmesan. I dumped it all into a greased casserole dish and poured some leftover chicken broth over it all. It went into the oven and came out like magic!
