Slaw with crunch! This NotRecipe salad has crunch with bit of spice and sweetness. If you like raw salads-try this!
Finely slice red and Napa cabbage and place in a big bowl. Add a large bunch of chopped cilantro leaves, two thinly sliced carrots ( I used a vegetable peeler) and a big handful of Spanish peanuts. The dressing is made from rice wine vinegar, toasted sesame oil, soy sauce and a bit of chili sauce. I sometimes add agave if it needs more sweetness. I like to chill it before I toss and serve. This does not keep well so eat up! This is a great party dish...it comes together quickly and everything can be made ahead, then tossed just before serving.
